This is a small site run by one clinician who sees patients during the day, so replies are not instant. Corrections are acted on whether or not there is time to write back, and substantive changes are noted on the page itself with a date. There is no support team here, and we are not able to answer individual medical questions — not as a policy dodge, but because answering one properly requires examining you.

Can Dr. Biernacki look at a photo of my foot?
No — not through this site. Reviewing images outside a clinical relationship cannot be done safely or responsibly, and this form is not a secure channel for health information. If you are local to Michigan, the practice can arrange a proper appointment. If you are not, your own clinician is the right route.
Can I republish an article from this site?
Short quotations with a link back are welcome without asking. Republishing a whole page needs written permission — send a commercial inquiry through the form saying what you want to use and where.
Do you accept guest posts or sponsored content?
No. Everything here is written in-house, and paid placements would undermine the point of the site.
